JOB DESCRIPTION
- The ideal candidate must have in-depth knowledge of corporate governance, secretarial matters, investor relations and statutory compliance, particularly in listed companies.
- Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, managing board meetings, maintaining statutory records, handling investor communications and liaising with regulators and stakeholders.
- Expertise in SEBI regulations, company law and corporate governance is essential.
